2026 Scholarship Application Form

This scholarship is designed to honor former Salina Health Education Foundation Board Members and Finance Committee Members by granting scholarships to future healthcare providers. SFHC looks to encourage and support individuals 16 year of age or older who want to enter the healthcare profession in the state of Kansas. The healthcare field includes, but is not limited to those studying the practice of medicine, dentistry, behavioral health, pharmacy, optometry, healthcare ancillary services, and healthcare administration.
