Open Vaccination Registration: 16+

The Saline County Vaccination Collaboration encourages everyone 16 and older to register for a COVID-19 vaccine at vaccinatesalinecountyks.com. Kansas is currently in Phase 5, which is the vaccination of everyone 16+ years of age. If you are 16 or older you are eligible to receive the vaccine now.

“Vaccination is now the single most important step that citizens of Saline County can take to help us all be safer from COVID-19 and to start considering a return to a more normal life,” said Dr. Kraft CEO/CMO of Salina Family Healthcare Center. “Currently, 28% of Saline County adults have had at least one vaccination. Now is the time for continued diligence to see the end of the pandemic. Keep masking. Keep distancing. And importantly, vaccinate.”

Currently, Moderna is the primary vaccine available in Saline County and is only approved for those 18 and older. In the future, the Collaboration hopes to receive doses of the Pfizer vaccine, which is approved for 16 and 17 year olds.
