Tianna Arreguin, DO

Resident Physician
Dr. Arreguin is a family medicine physician originally from Topeka, Kansas, who is passionate about providing patient-centered care across the lifespan. She originally pursued an undergraduate degree in forensic science at the University of Central Oklahoma with plans to enter that field, but her path shifted during college after working as a housekeeper in a senior care facility. Through building relationships with residents and witnessing the impact of compassionate healthcare, she discovered a strong interest in medicine and chose to pursue a career as a provider.

Dr. Arreguin is especially passionate about caring for older adults and the unique challenges that can arise with aging, including frailty, polypharmacy, and end-of-life planning. She is dedicated to advocating for her patients and ensuring that care aligns with their individual goals and values as those goals evolve over time. What she values most about her work is the opportunity to support patients as both a clinician and a source of encouragement, celebrating progress of all sizes throughout their health journeys. Dr. Arreguin is committed to meeting patients where they are and fostering open, judgment-free communication.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Arreguin enjoys staying active through walking, jogging, and light weightlifting. She is also a proud cat mom to her 17-year-old cat, Donna, who keeps a close eye on her ice cream consumption. A former Cold Stone Creamery ice cream cake decorator, she considers herself something of an ice cream connoisseur. Dr. Arreguin looks forward to building meaningful relationships with her patients and supporting them in achieving their health goals.
