Event Details:
Dental Screenings:
11AM – 6PM (No Appointment Necessary)
Vision Screenings:
12PM – 6PM (No Appointment Necessary)
K-12 School/Sports Physicals:
11:00 AM – 2:45 PM (Scheduled Appointments only)
3:00PM – 6:00 PM (Walk-Ins are welcome, no appointment necessary)

Forms:
Sports physical – if you child is playing sports 7-12th grade
School physical – if your child is entering kindergarten, 6th, 9th or new to the school district.
Sports physical covers the school physical for 9th grade, if your child is playing sports.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
No appointment is required for dental or vision screenings.

What should I bring with me?
If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card. No costs will be associated with the health services provided at the July 21, 2026 Back to School Event. If your child wears glasses or contacts, please bring them as these will be helpful for the vision test.
Do I qualify?
The Back-to-School Fair is for Salina & Saline County Students in households with incomes below 185% of the poverty level or those receiving SNAP or TANF qualify.
