Seth Metzler, DMSc, PA-C, joined the SFHC team in 2016. The Newton, Kansas native achieved his Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Kansas University and his PA degree from Wichita State University. He also completed his Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) at the University of Lynchburg. Seth has always had a strong desire to help his fellow Kansans achieve good health. He has a special interest in sports medicine and procedures. We are incredibly proud to have Seth representing SFHC on the Kansas Academy of Physician Assistants. His peers elected him to serve as Vice-President of the organization in 2019-2020, and again for 2020-2021. Seth's favorite part of being a PA is the relationships that he builds with his patients. Seth believes that it is important to consider patient preferences in healthcare treatment plans, making plans that specifically fit into the patient's desires for their healthcare.

Away from work, Seth loves spending time with his children and family - with whom he is incredibly close. He also enjoys watching his favorite NFL team, the Las Vegas Raiders.
