Kimberly Williams, MD
Residency Program Director
Dr. Kimberly Williams joined Smoky Hill FMRP as an Associate Director in 2010. In October of 2018, she took on the role of Program Director. Prior to joining on as faculty, she received her Bachelor of Science in General Science from York College in York, Nebraska. She then went on to complete her medical degree at the University of Kansas School of Medicine- Wichita.
Dr. Williams then traveled to Pennsylvania with her husband Caleb to complete her residency at Lancaster General Hospital in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where she served as chief resident. After residency, Dr. Williams completed a one-year Fellowship in Faculty Development in Lancaster. Dr. Williams is a member of the AAFP, KAFP and CMDA. Her special interests include women’s health, obstetrical care and diabetes.
Dr. Williams is from Wichita and enjoys being close to family. In her spare time, Dr. Williams enjoys being active in her church, reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their 3 children.
