Dr. Hargrave, originally from Florence, Colorado, is an optometrist dedicated to serving her community through compassionate, solution-focused eye care. She discovered her passion for optometry during her training and clinical experiences, where she saw firsthand the profound impact that vision care can have on a person’s daily life and overall well-being. This solidified her commitment to providing high-quality, personalized care to patients of all ages.
Dr. Hargrave earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Kentucky College of Optometry. She has a special interest in pediatric eye care and low-vision services, and she enjoys the variety that comes with treating a diverse patient population. She values the creativity involved in diagnosing and developing individualized solutions, and she strives to make every patient feel understood, supported, and empowered.
One of Dr. Hargrave’s favorite parts of her work is building meaningful relationships with her patients. She takes the time to listen carefully, collaborate on care plans, and help make everyday life easier and more comfortable through improved vision. Outside of the office, Dr. Hargrave enjoys spending time with her husband and son. When she finds a quiet moment, she loves to read. She also has a passion for scuba diving and has completed memorable diving trips in Mexico and the Bahamas.
