Dr. Erin Smith is a Texas native who attended Texas A&M University for her undergrad degree in Biomedical Sciences and a minor in Spanish. Dr. Smith then attended the College of Optometry at the University of Houston in Texas where she received her Doctorate of Optometry. After graduation, Dr. Smith practiced optometry in Texas and then relocated to Kansas in 2012. Dr. Smith was an associate Optometrist at Drs. Driver and Clark for several years, and joined Eyecare Associates of Salina in 2024, where she practices alongside her husband, Dr. Brandon Smith.
Dr. Smith enjoys seeing patients who might have limited access to care and caring for Spanish-speaking patients. In her free time, Dr. Smith is involved in several local organizations including the Salina Education Foundation Board of Trustees, Building Blocks Preschool Board, and the Salina Charities League. Dr. Smith also enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys.
