Adam Wilson, MD
Resident Physician
Yellow Team
Dr. Wilson is a family medicine physician originally from Kansas City, Kansas, who is passionate about caring for patients and communities through every stage of life. His interest in medicine began with a love of lifelong learning and a belief that some of life's most valuable lessons come from the people around us. Family medicine was a natural fit, combining his desire to continually learn with the opportunity to serve others through meaningful, long-term relationships. He attended Creighton University, where he continued pursuing his goal of providing compassionate, comprehensive care.
Dr. Wilson enjoys the broad scope of family medicine and values the opportunity to care for patients with a wide range of healthcare needs. He has particular interests in mental health, maternal and women's health, and chronic disease management. One of his favorite aspects of practicing medicine is the variety each day brings, from addressing acute concerns to helping patients manage long-term conditions. Above all, he appreciates the continuity of care that allows him to get to know his patients over time and become a trusted partner in their health. Dr. Wilson believes healthcare works best as a team effort and strives to create an environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and making decisions together.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Wilson enjoys reading nonfiction and poetry, cooking, caring for his cat, Monty, and spending time with family and friends playing board games and video games. A dedicated traveler and history enthusiast, he has visited all 50 states and every U.S. presidential library. For presidents without libraries, he has sought out their museums, homes, or memorials instead. Dr. Wilson looks forward to building lasting relationships with his patients and helping them achieve their health goals for years to come.
