Dr. Josh Bahr is a native of nearby Ellsworth, KS – a place full of Old West history. Dr. Bahr feels called to help others, and believes using his talents as a physician is the best way to do it. His medical journey began with his undergraduate degree at Wichita State University, followed by his doctorate at University School of Kansas Medical School in Salina, KS.

While in medical school, Dr. Bahr was voted the ‘Student that Best Exemplifies Ideal Traits you Look for in a Doctor.’ Dr. Bahr especially enjoys procedures. His favorite thing about being a doctor is getting to care for others. He would like patients to know that, “I care about you and I will do everything I can to make you or keep you healthy.”

When he’s not working with patients, Dr. Bahr enjoys carpentry and watching movies. He is also an avid traveler – having been to 38 continental US states, plus Hawaii!
