K-12 School/Sports Physicals:
11:00 AM – 2:45 PM Scheduled Appointments only.

3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Walk-Ins are welcome, no appointment necessary.
Do I need an appointment?
Scheduled appointments run from 11 AM to 2:45 PM, and walk-ins are welcome from 3 PM to 6 PM. Each appointment should only take 15 minutes. If you arrive during the scheduled appointment time and we have the availability, we will fit you in where we can. There just might be a wait time. No appointment is needed for dental screenings.
Where is the back-to-school event?
Event will be held at Salina Central High school. Check-In will be at the main north entrance off Crawford Street.
What should I bring with me?
If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card. No costs will be associated with the health services provided at the July 22, 2025 Back to School Event. If your child wears glasses or contacts, please bring them as these will be helpful for the vision test.
Do I qualify?
The Back-to-School Fair is for Salina & Saline County Students in households with incomes below 185% of the poverty level or those receiving SNAP or TANF qualify.
