Saline County Back to School Fair with Salina Public Schools
This event is held every year in July in conjunction with USD 305 open enrollment date. We recommend following these Facebook pages to stay up to date with this event:
Event Details:
Dental Screenings:
12PM – 6PM (No Appointment Necessary)
K-12 School/Sports Physicals:
11:00 AM – 2:45 PM (Scheduled Appointments only)
3:00PM – 6:00 PM (Walk-Ins are welcome, no appointment necessary)

Forms:
Sports physical – if you child is playing sports 7-12th grade
School physical – if your child is entering kindergarten, 6th, 9th or new to the school district.
Sports physical covers the school physical for 9th grade, if your child is playing sports.
Do I need an appointment?
Scheduled appointments are available from 11:00 AM to 2:45 PM. Each appointment is 15 minutes long. If you arrive during this time without an appointment and we have availability, we will do our best to fit you in though there may be a wait.
Walk-ins are welcome from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
No appointment is required for dental screenings.
Where is the back-to-school event?
Event will be held at Salina Central High school. Check-In will be at the main north entrance off Crawford Street.
What should I bring with me?
If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card. No costs will be associated with the health services provided at the July 22, 2025 Back to School Event. If your child wears glasses or contacts, please bring them as these will be helpful for the vision test.
Do I qualify?
The Back-to-School Fair is for Salina & Saline County Students in households with incomes below 185% of the poverty level or those receiving SNAP or TANF qualify.
